Hostup is shutting down on December 1, 2025

After an incredible journey helping property owners and hosts grow their businesses, we’ve made the difficult decision to shut down Hostup on December 1, 2025.  

Since our launch, our mission has been to empower hosts with tools that simplify property management and elevate guest experiences. We’re deeply proud of what we’ve built together, from helping thousands of hosts streamline operations to creating a community that values hospitality, transparency, and growth.  

This decision wasn’t made lightly. As the market evolved, we evaluated how best to serve our users and realized that continuing Hostup in its current form would not allow us to deliver the quality and innovation you deserve.  

Here’s what you need to know moving forward:  
- Access to Hostup: Your Hostup stores will remain fully operational until December 1, 2025.  
- Stop sharing Hostup with your guests: If you're sharing your Hostup store link with your guests via manual or automated messages, we recommend you stop immediately.  
- Support: Our support team will remain available through November 30, 2025 via email, to assist with transitions.  

We want to express our deepest gratitude to every host, partner, and team member who believed in Hostup. Your trust and feedback shaped everything we built. While this chapter is closing, the lessons and relationships we’ve formed will continue to inspire us in what comes next.
